Helping you with your questions

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, use the form on the Contact page or call 678-772-0878. Your counselor will be glad to answer any questions and can email you the initial forms prior to your first session.

What can I expect when I arrive?

When you arrive, have a seat in the waiting area and enjoy a snack or Keurig beverage. During your first session, your therapist will review your initial forms and ask questions about your past and current situation. Together you will set goals and determine which counseling methods will serve you best.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

The length of time you will want to be in therapy depends largely on your goals and participation. Some clients set goals for simple changes and other clients desire deeper healing and growth. Sessions are initially scheduled weekly to gain momentum and then spaced apart as your growth begins deepening.

What are the fees and appointment times?

Fees are $100 per hour for both individual and couples counseling. Payment is due at time of service and can be made by check, cash, Visa, or MasterCard. The initial appointment is usually 1½ hours. Both day and evening appointments are available.

Do you accept medical insurance?

For a variety of reasons, Relational Wellness has chosen not to enroll with insurance panels or networks. Some clients elect to use their out of network benefits to obtain reimbursement based on their coverage. If desired, we can provide you with an insurance form upon payment. This process requires that you are given a mental health diagnosis that you will submit to your insurance carrier.
